Time flies. Turns out we haven't posted for almost a month, and those who are still hanging on, with faith that we are in fact still here get to see multiple posts today. I've collected some images over the past month and will do my best to summarize all that is going on here.

I'm busy with art (been working on a new book, gallery pieces, and ad projects and such) and of course busy with Griffin when he's not at day care. Eric has been busy (as expected) at Hopkins and is rarely around these days, though when he is, we make the best of it. Griffin now has two teeth, still claps when I enter the room or daddy comes home, is starting to taste some of our grown-up foods, get excited and kicks his feet when we are about to go upstairs because he thinks he's getting a bath (loves them), cries bloody murder out of frustration when a toy doesn't work the way he thinks it should, and is not sleeping through the night (mostly our fault).

He is also not yet crawling.

This is actually pretty normal, since we've been told lots of kids go straight to walking these days, now that babies are advised not to sleep on their stomachs anymore. But Griffin would really rather do anything than work to get to a favorite toy. He doesn't even roll towards them anymore. Just gives up. Here and there we see a glimmer in his eye and he reaches a little too far and falls on his big head. So maybe crawling will come soon.

Griffin likes to play with his feet and pull off his socks. He cannot keep them on. We bought little shoes in the hopes they would help keep his socks on. They do not.
Griffin's cheeks get fatter each day.

Griffin like to eat Mum Mums, a cracker his Grandma Zollars found at Whole Foods that basically dissolves between his little gnawing gums.
